PHIR biannually conduct courses on human rights education of professionals and university students at the main office library hall of the institute or at the university auditorium.

Language: The language of the course is English and Urdu.

Frequency : The regular academic course is conducted biannually.

Cost of the Course: The cost of the course is 50$ US or Rs.2500/-The course material shall be provided by the institute. This does not include accommodation charges which are variable.

Out Line Of Course: The main goal of the course is to educate the participants about the International Human Right System and Humanitarian Law ,including the introduction of human rights documents like Universal Declaration of human rights and the subsequent protocols of Civil And Political Rights and Economic, social and Cultural Rights, with the emphasis on the later besides Competitive study of Local Value System is also emphasized.

Participants : The participants are selected from diverse back grounds. There are normally 30 participants equally consisting of males and females.

In addition to the regular courses the institute convenes conferences, seminars and workshops on different human rights and humanitarian issues, sporadically. It also collaborates with other NGOs, which are working in the relevant area.

This institute also sporadically conduct courses of Training of Trainers in the field of Human Rights Education.
