PIHR in collaboration with International Labour Organization (ILO) has launched another project namely “Gender Equality 4 Decent Employment”. This project focuses on the use of modern ICT skills and technologies to enable women to earn a decent living for themselves and for their families. Within the field of ICTs, this project focuses specifically on E-Commerce  Skill Development for online  earning.

The project will initially be executed in the following districts:

  1. Charsadda
  2. Rahim Yar Khan

Since its inception PIHR has focused on leveraging the power of ICTs for bringing about socioeconomic changes at the grassroots level in Pakistan. PIHR has focused extensively on bridging the digital divide between the urban and the rural, man & woman and between the rich and the poor.
